Etudiants internationaux : ouverture des inscriptions via Campus France
Les étudiants en provenance des pays suivants doivent effectuer leur candidature via Campus France :
Algérie, Argentine, Bénin, Brésil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroun, Chili, Chine, Colombie, Comores, Congo Brazzaville, Corée du Sud, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypte, Etats-Unis, Gabon, Guinée, Haïti, Inde, Indonésie, Iran, Japon, Koweit, Liban, Madagascar, Mali, Maroc, Maurice, Mauritanie, Mexique, Nigéria, Pérou, République du Congo Démocratique, Russie, Sénégal, Singapour, Taiwan, Tchad, Togo, Tunisie, Turquie et Vietnam.
Les étudiants en provenance de ces pays doivent déposer leur candidature en ligne sur le site Campus France de leur pays d'origine à l'adresse suivante www.nomdupays.campusfrance.org au plus tard le 6 mars 2020.

Le Guichet d'Accueil des Etudiants Internationaux hors Union Européenne (hors programme d'échanges)
Le Service de la Scolarité - Guichet d'Accueil des Étudiants Internationaux de l'UPEM vous accueille et vous informe concernant:
- les modalités de demande d'un premier titre de séjour (hors Visa Long Séjour valant Titre de Séjour ou VLS-TS);
- Les modalités de demande d'un premier titre de séjour (étudiants soumis à la procédure de VLS-TS);
- Les modalités de demande de renouvellement d'un titre de séjour.
Les étudiants qui résident:
- Dans une commune de la compétence territoriale de la Sous-Préfecture de Torcy: Merci de prendre contact avec le Service Scolarité - Guichet d'Accueil des Etudiants Internationaux pour constituer votre dossier de demande de titre de séjour (qu'il s'agisse d'une première demande uniquement pour les étudiants ne relevant pas de la procédure VLS-TS ou d'un renouvellement). Le Service Scolarité - Guichet d'Accueil des Etudiants Internationaux fera l'interface entre l'étudiant et la Sous-Préfecture de Torcy dans le cadre de cette démarche.
Attention: seuls les dossiers complets seront transmis à la Sous-Préfecture de Torcy. - Dans une commune hors de la compétence de la Sous-Préfecture de Torcy: Vous devrez faire vos démarches auprès de la Préfecture ou Sous-Préfecture dont dépend votre commune de résidence.

International students can either be:
- Students who are applying for the EUP from a foreign country (via Campus France)
- Students from foreign universities that are part of an exchange at the EUP (see below)
Depending on their country, students may have to obtain a residence permit (see below).
Applicants who are living abroad: Campus France procedure
Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi Cameroon, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, the Republic of the Congo, South Korea, Ivory Coast, Egypt, United States, Gabon, Guinea, Haïti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Mauritania, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, Taiwan, Tchad, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam.
Students from these countries have to file their application on-line on the Campus France site of their original country at the following address: www.nameofcountry.campusfrance.org no later than March 6, 2020. (e.g.: if you live in Algeria: www.algerie.campusfrance.org).
Students applying for the EUP via an exchange (Erasmus or bilateral agreements)
Students who are applying through an exchange have to apply at the UPEM or at the UPEC via the International Relations department of their University.
Courses
All EUP courses are accessible to the students involved in an exchange in the Master 1 and PROMU, DETER, AUDE, Environment, International, Transport and Mobility Masters 2 courses. MOPU, DUI, HRU Masters, and M1 English courses and activities are not accessible.
Workshops, activities and trips
Students involved in an exchange may take part, subject to availability, in the M1 integration trip, which in organized at the start of the new academic year (no ECTS).
Students can attend the M1 workshop at the S1. They may take part in the M2 workshops and trips subject to availability and to the approval by the head of the activity and by the head of the actual path. Required language level: students should have the minimum B2 level in French (or C1 in English, to attend Europe international master in the English language).
Note: L3 level students should apply in priority for the bachelor’s degree. A limited number of courses at the EUP will be opened and admission to these courses is subject to the approval by the heads of these courses.
Administrative formalities: residence permit
The residence permit is an official document giving you the legal right to reside on the European territory. Since the 1st of June 2009, first-time applicants have had the obligation to apply for a long-term student visa. The student-life board is the exclusive correspondent of the Seine-et-Marne and Paris Prefectures. The list of the required documents varies with the prefecture of you residence location (in France).
European Union Students
There is no obligation for European students to apply for a residence permit.

Students with other nationalities
- If you are applying for the first time
- If you are applying for a renewal of your permit
Time limits
Between 5 weeks and 2 months for the 2 prefectures (Seine-et-Marne and Paris). Pending the final document, you may obtain a receipt (valid for up to 3 months).
