Research:

Françoise Navarre's work focuses on the economics of planning, local public finances and the financing of local public services, public investments and territorial dynamics, inter-municipal policies, considered from a functional and financial perspective. She also works on territorial diagnoses, economic development strategies and action scenarios for territorial development.
